Projects and Campaigns

If you have a one-off project or campaign that requires a set-term engagement, we can help.

If you need help with a campaign or project that has a finite end date, contact us here and we will arrange a call with you to work through the plan. We are well versed in tight deadlines, short budgets, and immense expectations and have the experience and resources to meet the objective.

The process we follow is much like how we approach any other strategic engagement: We begin by working with you to understand the need for the project, and the parameters your company needs to work to (timeframes, resources, stakeholders). If we can foresee any major roadblocks or limitations, we raise them with you at this stage and suggest appropriate variations that will allow for a smoother campaign run while still working towards the same outcome.

We then propose the course of action, which outlines the tactics and actions we will utilise, and the schedule we plan on working to. Most projects and campaigns inevitably require slight adjustments ongoing which we factor into our schedule.

Depending on the length of the project, we provide regular work reports with information on what tasks have been completed, what tasks are upcoming, and any observations or recommendations we have. This allows you and your team to be completely across our work progress and the overall progress of the execution of the project. Typically, reports are provided monthly and are supported by weekly work summaries.

    Objective Planning

    We begin by understanding the project purpose, and the ecosystem we will be working in (deadlines, resources, stakeholders). If any major roadblocks or limitations are forecasted, we will suggest alternative paths here.

    Delivery Schedule

    Once the objective is understood, we plan out how we will achieve the result. This is done by detailing the actions and tactics we plan on utilising, the timeframes we will work towards, and the logic of our strategy.

    Reporting & Updates

    Throughout the project, you will receive periodic reports and work summaries to outline what has been completed, what is forthcoming, and any observations or recommendations we may have to allow the project to run more smoothly.
